Agreguem unes miques de sal i una miqueta d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i les enfornem durant 30 minuts a 180 \u00b0C en el forn. Tamb\u00e9 les podeu fer en el microones posant-ho a m\u00e0xima pot\u00e8ncia durant 15 minuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vegada rostides, traiem la seva polpa amb una cullera, procurant deixar intacta la pell. En una paella fregim la ceba i el pebrot verd picats molt petitons i agreguem la carn picada. Quan canvi\u00ef de color incorporem la polpa de l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia, tamb\u00e9 molt picada i barregem b\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afegim la salsa de tom\u00e0quet casolana i barregem, utilitzant aquest farciment o farsa per a emplenar les alberg\u00ednies.
