Pelem la carabassa, retirem les llavors i tallem en daus. Escalfem una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra en una casserola i escalfem la ceba i l&#8217;all durant cinc minuts. Afegim la carabassa, removem i ofeguem durant cinc minuts m\u00e9s. A continuaci\u00f3 incorporem mitja cullerada de com\u00ed molt i un pessic de nou moscada. Deixem que les esp\u00e8cies agafin temperatura abans d&#8217;afegir el brou de verdures. Salpebrem al gust i coem durant 20 minutos a foc suau. Retirem la casserola del foc i triturem fins a obtenir una crema homog\u00e8nia. Afegim el formatge crema i tornem a posar al foc per a donar un \u00faltim bulliment al mateix temps que removem b\u00e9.
